Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery services across Chennai. Please enter your delivery address during checkout to confirm that we deliver to your location. We are constantly expanding our service areas, so stay tuned for updates!
Delivery Timings
We provide Standard Delivery for all orders:
- Standard Delivery: Orders will be delivered within 48 hours from the time of placing your order. Delivery hours are between 9 AM and 7 PM.
Our goal is to deliver within the 48-hour window; however, there may be occasional delays during peak periods or due to other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Fees
- Free Standard Delivery: For orders above ₹2000.
- For orders below ₹2000, a nominal delivery fee of up to ₹100 will be charged, depending on the distance to the delivery location. The exact fee will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a notification with tracking details when it has been dispatched.
Handling and Packaging
We ensure that all groceries are carefully packed to maintain their freshness and quality. Our team follows strict hygiene standards to ensure safe handling throughout the packing and delivery process.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. If the delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the order will be returned. Please get in touch with our customer support team to reschedule the delivery.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order by logging into your Arisi Mart account and going to My Orders. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be provided.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order is out for delivery.
