Where we deliver
We deliver only within Chennai city and its suburbs. Enter your pincode on the website to check your area before you shop. Orders for addresses outside our delivery area cannot be accepted; if one is placed by mistake, we cancel it and refund the full amount.
Delivery time
- Most orders are delivered within 48 hours of ordering.
- Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm. There are no deliveries on Sundays and some public holidays.
- Before festivals, and during heavy rain or traffic restrictions, delivery can take longer. We will call you if your order is delayed.
Delivery charges
We deliver from our three shops at Nerkundram, Virugambakkam and West Mambalam. The charge depends on how far your address is from the nearest shop and on what you order: a 25 or 26 kg rice bag is charged per bag (cheaper per bag when you order 3 or more), and every smaller pack has its own small charge.

- Enter your pincode on the website: every price you see is then the final price for your address, and the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Only rice prices change by area, because rice bags are heavy to carry, and never above the MRP printed on the bag. Other products cost the same everywhere.
- Minimum order value: ₹500 within 5 km of our shops, ₹2,000 for other areas.
- Every order gets a free gift, added automatically: below ₹1,000 a Diwali lamp, ₹1,000–₹3,000 a tumbler, ₹3,001–₹5,000 a trendy jute bag, above ₹5,000 a tiffin box.
- Example, within 5 km: one 26 kg rice bag, one 5 kg idly rice and four 1 kg dals = ₹30 + ₹20 + 4 × ₹10 = ₹90 delivery. Three 26 kg bags = 3 × ₹20 = ₹60.
Packing and handling
Rice bags are delivered in the mill’s sealed packing. Smaller items are packed in clean, food-safe bags. Our delivery team carries heavy bags to your doorstep.
If you are not at home
Our delivery person will call the phone number on your order. If we cannot reach you after a few attempts, the order comes back to the store and we will call to fix a new time. Please keep your phone reachable on the delivery day.
Tracking your order
Log in and open My Account → Orders to see the status of your order, or call us with your order number.
Changing or cancelling
Call us at least 2 hours before your delivery time to change the address, items or time. Once an order is out for delivery it cannot be changed.
